Joyful celebration to the is good medicine for the soul. Psalm 100 says it best, “Shout joyfully to the lord, all the earth. Serve the Lord with gladness.”
“Come before Him with Joyful Singing. Know that the Lord Himself is God; It is He Who has made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture.”
“Enter His gates with Thanksgiving, and Enter His courts with Praise. Give thanks to Him; Bless His Name, for the Lord is Good; His loving kindness is everlasting, and His faithfulness to all generations.” Psalm 100
Saint Augustine wrote
“My Praise of Him is like food; the more I praise Him, the more I acquire strength, and He becomes more sweet. His love endures forever. For He will not cease to be merciful after He has freed you. He will protect you even until eternal life.” Augustine 354-430AD
So on your journey I challenge you to Celebrate Him for the Lord is Good.
